Start

Okay so i'm back for another attempt. THis time more organized. I am going on a diet, I will write it out here since before I had nothing to follow. You see I've been searching the internet like crazy trying to find a diet plan and excersice plan but I have found nothing. I've registered for numerous plans from magazines and so on...but still nothing I can manage. Now I will create my own using this. So here it goes.

Start weight: 125

Goal weight: 105

Here are the rules:

1. I eat six small meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack)

2. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be the largest of the six

3. I can only eat half of my plate

4. Drinks will consist of water, tea or light coffee only (no soda, juice, energy drink etc.)

5. Snack will be fruit, vegetables or yogurt (no bread)

6. I must drink six glasses of water each day (bottle = 2 glasses)

7. Every friday I can have one junk food item

8. I must record my intake and outake everyday

9. I must excercise every day except saturday

10. I must do atleast 30 min of cardio everyday and 30 min strength

11. Weigh in's will be every week

Daily Journal example:

Essentials: 1 multivitamin

Intake

1 serving oatmeal w/ fruit (half/full) (water/tea)

1 apple

1 plate chinese food (half/full) (water/tea)

1 cup yogurt

1 burrito (half/full) (water/tea)

1 orange

Outtake

Cardio: 15 min elliptical (calories burned) etc.

Strength: crunches, lunges, leg lifts, dumbells (weight) etc.

Notes: How I feel, what i need to improve on etc.

School started...

So yeah, school started last week and I am living on campus again. I was sort of excited for this because it means i get to eat a little healthier, contrary to wat most believe.

You see they started this little proportion thing at my dining halls which means I get less food on my plate...which also means I eat less. Yayyyyy, its been working quite well so far.

I feel like i've lost a couple pounds just being here, but its too early to tell and there is no scale around. The only thing im worried about is adding on the pounds with drinking to much.

So heres what i had today:

cup of coffee
nutrigrain bar: fucking nasty
a salad w/chicken, peas, lettuce, pepper and ranch dressing o yeah n cucs
two chicken tacos with guac beans, onions and sour cream
a cup of instant lunch noodles....

okay. now that i actually wrote that down i feel like im eating too much...hmmm how to fix this?

Eat less, drink more water

whats on the menu tomorrow?

coffee for breakfast
salad for lunch
salad for dinner
tea for snack.

Bad week.

Okay so i havent posted in a while and here is the reasons. One: I slacked all this week, i ate like a maniac. Two I just got home from nyc and i'm starting to get ready to go back to school for my junior year of college. Three: i'm eating like crazy probably because i've had my period.

So I weighed myself this weekend. Here is the damage: 126 lbs. Ugh i feel fat. I've never been this heavy ever! I know it may not sound like a lot but for me it is. I'm used to being 110 or under and now i've added 26 lbs to the mix. I've noticed a lot of cellulite lately, and it's driving me nuts. Here is my plan. I have one week until school starts and I want to start a new fitness and diet plan so I can stick with it during the semester. Starting this week I will:

  1. Run every morning for 30 minutes in the morning.
  2. Walk with my mom in the evening after she gets out from work
  3. Organize all my stuff and sun tan lolz i really want to relax before i go back
Here is whats on the menu for tomorrow:

mon:
B: cup of cheerios w/ cup of coffee
L: slice of toast with peanut butter w/ full glass of water
S: Orange
D: small salad with veggies and oil and vinegar w/full glass of water

I cant wait to shed the pounds!

Feeling real good!

Okay, so today i started my new mini diet fast thing and I feel sooooo good. Yesterday I binged a little so today i thought it was a perfect day to start my fast. It's working real well. I haven't had a craving all day, this morning I had some cream of wheat with milk then for the rest of the day I had coffee, fresh apple, lemon, spinach and cucumber juice, then I had a green iced tea with lemon and three packets of sugar. It feels so good to be in control of what I eat, I even noticed that I am way more energized today. SoOooOO, my last food item of the day will be a piece of toast with 1 tsp of peanut butter, then a cup of tea. I havent even felt hungry all day! I'm going to continue this mini diet thing for the rest of the weekend and see how i start to feel tomorrow. I know it's only going to get harder but I know I can stick to it! Thanks for the support!
